Become A Dealer

Take the first step toward becoming an authorized Exergy Peformance dealer. Please fill out the breif contact form and we'll have a representative contanct you within two business days. 

Exergy currently has a couple of options to receive a discount off our Retail price.  Dealer status typically requires these criteria:

  1. Valid tax ID number.
  2. Storefront with a performance diesel focus and/or drive in service/repair and performance shop.
  3. Minimum of $15,000 of business per calendar year. Exergy will accept either a one-time order of $15,000, or a credit of $15,000 applied to your account. Then every order starting from the first one would be at Dealer  Otherwise, until you meet the $15,000 sales threshold, you remain at Retail pricing.
  4. A satisfactory Trade Credit Reference form filled out.
  5. Initially, payments are made via credit card, and a credit card is kept on file.

Once a satisfactory payment history has been established, payment terms will be set up.

Current Dealer levels are as follows; (sales in one calendar year)

  1. Retail - $0 to $14,999 in sales
  2. Dealer - $15,000 minimum to $59,999
    • 15-20% off Retail Price on all Products and Services
  3. Bronze - $60,000 minimum to $119,999
    • 3% off Dealer Price on all Products and Services
  4. Silver - $120,000 minimum to $299,999
    • 6% off Dealer Price on all Products and Services
  5. Gold - $300,000 minimum to $599,999
    • 8% off Dealer Price on all Products and Services
  6. Platinum - $600,000 minimum and Above
    • 10% off Dealer Price on all Products and Services

Our general rule of thumb is that there should not be any other existing Exergy Dealers within a 50-mile radius, but we realize there are current Exergy Dealers that are closer than this, and exceptions are allowed. If you are unable to qualify for Dealer status, Exergy can offer you Jobber pricing, a 10% discount on Retail pricing.  Jobber status typically requires these criteria, and will be made on a case-by-case basis.

  1. Valid tax ID number.
  2. Valid credit card number.
  3. Storefront with a performance diesel focus and/or drive in service/repair and performance shop.
  4. Business in good standing.

Exergy reserves the right to deny any new Dealer or Jobber inquiry. Exergy reserves the right to terminate any agreement if our guidelines aren’t being upheld, and MAP pricing isn’t being followed.

Your dealer price list will be sent to you upon acceptance of your dealer application form.
